Abstract

Justice is necessary to establish peace among all human beings throughout the world. Peace cannot be established without establishing justice. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) made practical practice of judging according to justice throughout his life. There are many aspects of the Prophet's biography and different books have been written on each of them. Allah, the Exalted, sent him (ﷺ) as a judge and judge in this world. The research paper under consideration will describe the decision-making process of the Holy Prophet. For this, the incidents of the Prophet (ﷺ) will be narrated in which he (ﷺ) decided between two people. These decisions are also related to societal values and also related to domestic issues. Some decisions are related to lands, and some decisions are related to deities. In summary, the way of the Prophet (ﷺ) to pronounce a decision between the parties is a source of guidance for us.
